机载有源相控阵设备外场测试技术研究

摘要
由于机载有源相控阵设备天线阵与T/R组件结构形式的特殊性,无法进行注入式测试;等效辐射功率大、频带宽,在地面开阔场地进行大功率全状态辐射性能测试,会带来安全、保密等诸多问题。为解决上述问题,保障有源相控阵设备性能完好,需要研究一套适合用户外场使用条件的测试方法,以对系统的灵敏度、辐射功率等技术指标进行检测。本文提出原位采用维护自检加小功率辐射测试方法,离位采用微波暗室大功率辐射比对测试方法,并采用PXI和LXI混合总线技术,设计了机载有源相控阵设备综合测试系统。
Due to the structure form particularity of the antenna of the airborne active phased array device and T/R module,it is unable to carry on the injection test;and the active phased array device equivalent radiated power,wide frequency band,making the high power full state radiation performance test on the ground of the open space will bring security,confidentiality and many other issues.In order to solve the above problems and guarantee performance of active phased array equipment in good condition,need to study on a suitable test method for users in the field use conditions is need for detecting the system sensitivity,radiation power technical indexes.This paper presents in situ using maintain self inspection and small power radiation testing methods,from the bits using high power radiation comparison test method in the microwave darkroom,and designs of integrated test system of airborne active phased array equipment using the PXI and LXI hybrid bus technique.
