DBNPA在制革浸水过程中的杀菌效果研究

研究了DBNPA在生皮浸水过程中的杀菌效果,并与制革企业中使用的商品杀菌剂1120和BM-40L进行了对比。浸水液中细菌数检测实验表明,DBNPA对生皮浸水液中细菌的灭杀能力优于商品杀菌剂1120,但弱于商品杀菌剂BM-40L。革兰氏染色结果表明,DBNPA对革兰氏阳性菌的杀灭作用强于其对阴性菌的灭杀作用。综合考虑DBNPA自身绿色环保性能,可认为DBNPA适合作为生皮浸水过程中的杀菌剂。
The germicidal efficacy of DBNPA in the soaking process of leather-making is investigated and compared with the commercial bactericidal products named 1120 and BM-40 L.The bacterial count test shows that DBNPA is stronger than 1120 in the way of germicidal efficacy,but less than BM-40 L.The result of Gram staining indicates that DBNPA is effective fbr killing gram-positive bacterium,but is not obvious for killing gram-negative bacterium.Considering the environmental-friendly characteristics,it can be used as a bactericide in the soaking process of leather-making.
