Wilkinson型功率分配器设计

通过对传统Wilkinson功率分配器和四分之一波长阻抗变换线进行了分析,提出了一种超宽带功率分配器的设计新思路。对新设计的功率分配器进行ADS和HFSS协同仿真,通过比较仿真和测试结果,两者基本一致,在500MHz~2.2GHz频率范围内端口回波损耗小于-18d B,460MHz~2.7GHz频率范围内端口回波损耗小于-15d B,端口隔离度大于12d B。
By analyzing the traditional wilkinson power divider and quarter impedance transformer, a new ultra-wideband power divider is proposed and designed. The measure result agree with the simulation result of ADS and Ansoft HFSS. In 500 MHz to 2.2GHz frequency, the port return loss is less than-18 d B, in 460 MHz to 2.7GHz frequency, the port return loss is less than-15 d B, the isolation is more than 12 d B.
