高层建筑厚板转换层施工技术设计

摘要
随着高层建筑向多功能和综合用途的发展,上下结构体系的转换尤为重要,转换层作为当前高层建筑功能转换手段,是整个高层建筑中不可忽视的部位,起着承上启下的作用。在结构设计及施工方面有着较高的标准和要求。转换层的施工技术是一项极其复杂的系统工程,施工难度相对较大,编制施工方案需要进行充分的分析计算。通过某工程3m厚板转换层施工技术方案设计的成功案例,从模板、支撑系统、钢筋工程、混凝土施工等多个环节进行分析和计算,掌握了关键技术,为厚板转换层的顺利施工打下可靠的理论基础。
With the development of the high-rise building to multifunctional and integrated use,the upper and lower structure system transformation is particularly important transformation layer as a function of the current high-rise building conversion method,it is not to be ignored in the high-rise building,and plays an essential role.The structure design and construction have higher standards and requirements.Transformation layer construction technology is a very complicated system engineering,construction difficulty is opposite bigger,the construction plan needs to be fully analyzed and calculated.In this paper,taking some engineering construction technology of 3 meters thick plate transition layer design as example,the template,support systems,steel bar engineering,concrete construction,and other links are analyzed and calculated,the key technology for the smooth construction of thick plate transition layer are mastered to provide a reliable theoretical basis.
