叶轮结构形式对离心式燃油泵性能的影响分析

摘要
叶型是影响离心叶轮性能的关键,但叶轮的结构形式对其水力性能和结构强度也同样有着重要影响。本文研究分析了三种常用结构形式的燃油离心叶轮,即开式叶轮,半闭式叶轮和闭式叶轮。首先运用数值模拟的计算方法对比分析了三种叶轮的水力性能,然后运用流固耦合的计算方法对三种叶轮分别进行了应力计算。结果表明,叶顶间隙泄漏流会对叶轮的内流场造成一定的扰动,进而引起叶轮内部出现应力集中,对结构强度产生一定的影响。
Blade is the key to affect the performance of centrifugal impeller,but the structure form of the impeller also have great influence on its hydraulic performance and structural strength.In this paper,the structures of three commonly used forms of fuel centrifugal impeller,i.e.open impeller,semi-closed impeller and closed impeller are analyzed.Firstly,we compore the hydraulic performance of the three kinds structure of the impeller by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method.Secondly,the three impellers' stress calculations are carried out by using fluid-structure coupling method.The results show that the tip clearance leakage flow will cause some disturbance within the impeller flow field,resulting to the impeller internal stress concentration,which has a certain impact on the structural strength.
