摘要
目的:本实验旨在对植物一年蓬Erigeron annuus(L.)Pers.进行化学成分的分离,阐明其物质基础。方法:利用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、Sephadex LH-20、硅胶等柱色谱技术结合制备液相技术对其进行化学成分的分离,并根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:实验共分离得到8个化合物,分别为芹菜素-7-O-β-D-(6″-咖啡酰基)吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),6-甲氧基山柰酚(2),瑞香素(3),伞形花内酯(4),梣皮树脂醇(5),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(6),3-hydroxy-l-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(7),楝叶吴萸素B(8)。结论:化合物1-8均为首次从一年蓬中分离得到。
Objective In this paper,Study chemical constituents of Erigeron annuus(L.) Pers..Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,Sephadex LH-20,MCI Gel CHP-20,silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties.Results Eight compounds were elucidated as apigenin-7-(6"-caffeoyI-Glc)(1),6-methoxykaempferol(2),daphnetin(3),umbelliferone(4),medioresinol(5),3-hydroxy-l-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propan-l-one(6),2,3-dihydroxy-l-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propan-l-one(7),evofolin B(8),respectively.Conclusion All of compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
