建设“医患互信”之社会生态的社会心理学途径

摘要
在当下中国社会,医患紧张已成为"政府闹心、社会揪心、患者伤心、医生寒心"的棘手社会问题,医患之间互不信任已经成为一种弥漫性的社会心态。本研究将首先回顾转型期中国社会医患信任危机的现状,并结合医疗体制改革不足、转型社会中社会信任的缺乏、以及现代医学模式自身的弊端这三大基本背景,探讨我国社会医患信任危机的社会心理根源,力图从人际心理、群际心理和文化心理三个层面,探讨医患信任在不同层次的建立、维持、破裂及修复的动态机制,努力探索医患社会心态的形成机制与作用机制,期望从医患人际沟通与态度改变、医患群际接触与认同提升和医患文化心理建设三大方向建设良性互动、医患互信的社会心态,以缓解转型社会中医患关系紧张、医患信任缺失的不利局面。
The conflict between the doctors and patients is a severe social problem in contemporary China that have negative consequences to four sides: government, society, patients, and doctors. The untrusted state between patients and doctors has been a pervading social mentality. This study first reviewed the current state of social trust crisis in Chinese society and explore its social-psychological origins under the background of the inadequacy of medical systems, the loss of social trust, and the drawbacks of modern medicine model. This study try to explore the generating and action mechanism of social mentality on doctor-patient relationship, discuss the emergence, maintenance, breaking up, and repair of doctor-patient relationship form interpersonal, inter-group, and social psychological levels. The attitude change between doctors and patients communication, the increasing of inter-group contact between doctors and patients, and the construction of doctors and patients culture are crucial to contrast and mutually trusted and harmonious social mentality that will alleviate the tense state between doctors and patients and address the loss of trust between the two parties.
