优质护理在老年眼科患者基础护理中效果评价

摘要
目的:对优质护理在老年眼科患者基础护理中产生的效果进行评价。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年6月本院收治的106例老年眼科患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院顺序将其随机分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组采用基础护理,观察组患者加以优质护理。对比两组患者基础护理合格率和患者极其家属满意度。结果:对照组患者基础护理合格率为86.21%,观察组为98.28%,观察组明显高于对照组;对照组患者极其家属护理满意度为82.76%,观察组为96.55%,观察组明显优于对照组。组间各指标存在明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床在给予老年眼科患者基础护理的同时辅以优质护理,能够有效提高基础护理合格率以及患者极其家属满意度,效果显著,值得临床推广并应用。
