基于循证设计理念的老年住区户外花园设计要素研究

摘要
我国的人口老龄化进程不断加快,许多老年人存在不同程度的身心健康问题,如行动障碍、认知功能障碍、社交孤立等。本文意在将康复景观的设计理念融入老年住区的户外空间设计中,把康复花园作为户外空间的设计方向。结合马斯诺需求层次理论分析老年人"自上而下"的心理需求,基于循证设计理念,从老年人在户外环境中的心理需求、行为特征出发,设计出能鼓励老年人从事对身心有益的休闲社交活动场所,提升其生活质量,增加他们的幸福感。
The course of aging of population is accelerated unceasingly.Many elderly people have physical and mental health problems,including behavior disorders,mild cognitive impairment and social isolation etc.This paper is intended to integrate rehabilitation landscape design concept into elderly residential outdoor space design,recuperate the garden as a rehabilitation garden.Use the Maslow's hierarchy of needs to analysis of the psychological needs from top to bottom.Through evidence-based design to design the elderly residential outdoor space where encourage to promote the elderly leisure and social activities,which are beneficial to the physical and mental health by elderly people's psychological needs and behavioral characteristics,to improve the quality of life and increase their happiness.
