硝苯地平控释片治疗老年性高血压病的临床效果

摘要
目的:综合分析硝苯地平控释片治疗老年性高血压病的临床效果,为治疗高血压疾病患者提供科学的数据参考。方法:选取在我院2014年8月-2015年12月收治的高血压疾病患者临床资料110例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组均为55例。对照组应用厄贝沙坦片治疗方法,观察组应用硝苯地平控释片治疗方法。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组高血压患者治疗前后的SBP(收缩压)、DBP(舒张压)变化、HR(心率)变化、不良反应发生率以及总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组患者的SBP、DBP、HR数值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的SBP、DBP、HR数值变化显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率远远高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率远远低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平控释片治疗老年性高血压病的临床效果较为显著。
Objective: a comprehensive analysis of nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension clinical effect, for the treatment of patients with hypertensivedisease provide scientific reference data. Methods: the clinical data of 110 patients with hypertension in our hospital from August 2014 to December were selected as the research object, according tothe order of admission were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 55 cases. The control group used Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets treatment approach, theobservation group used Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets treatment. SBP(systolic blood pressure), DBP(diastolic blood pressure),(diastolic blood pressure), HR(heart rate) change, adverse reactionrate and total effective rate were statistically analyzed with SPSS20.0 statistics software before and after treatment in two groups of hypertension patients. Results: before treatment, two groups of patientswith SBP, DBP, HR values had no statistical significance(P > 0.05); after treatment, observation group of patients with SBP, DBP, HR values change was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group is much higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05) were observed group, the adverse reaction incidence rate is much lower than the controlgroup(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets clinical effect in treating senile hypertension is significant.
