感潮河段三氮转化速率及与叶绿素含量的相关研究

摘要
感潮河段营养盐与藻类发生间有其特殊的规律性。本文选择广州市番禺区沙湾水道及其周边水域作为研究对象,以2014年2月22日到2月23日的实地调查数据为依据,利用三氮浓度及氮转化速率NCR、叶绿素a浓度分析三氮转化的内在机理。结果发现,三氮的净化能力表现出上下游强而中游封闭水域较弱的规律;从NCR上看,该区域白天的硝化作用比晚上的硝化作用强烈;在研究的大部分水域,未发现三氮变化与叶绿素之间存在显著关系。
Special regularity was found between nutrients and algae in a tidal river reach.Shawan tidal waterway and the surrounding waters were selected to be study object.Based on the field investigating data from February22 to 23 of 2014,the concentration of three nitrogen and the nitrogen conversion ratio NCR as well as Chlorophyll a content were used to analyze the internal transformation mechanism of three nitrogen.The result showed that the three nitrogen purification capacities in upstream and downstream were stronger than enclosed water in middle reaches.Consider from the perspective of NCR,nitrification of this area were more intense in the daytime than at night.In most of the study area,there were no significant correlation between the concentration of three nitrogen and Chlorophyll a.
