摘要
随着汽车电气化、智能化发展,汽车上所搭载的电子部件越来越多,由此带来的电磁兼容问题也日益严重。所以,电磁兼容问题也就成为汽车电子部件能否正常工作的关键。同样,随着电子技术的飞速发展,印刷电路板(PCB)的密度越来越高,PCB设计的好坏对电路的干扰及抗干扰能力影响很大。因此,对PCB进行电磁兼容性(EMC)设计是非常重要的,保证PCB的电磁兼容性是整个系统设计的关键。本文针对现有16位EPS控制器对外的电磁干扰进行分析,提出了相应的整改措施,保证控制器对外电磁干扰能够达到相应标准的高等级要求。
with the development of electrification,intelligence,carry on car more and more electronic components,resulting in the electromagnetic compatibility problem is increasingly serious.So the electromagnetic compatibility problem also becomes the key to automotive electronic components can work normally.Similarly,with the rapid development of electronic technology,the density of printed circuit board(PCB)is more and more high,the stand or fall of PCB design had a great influence on interference and anti-interference ability of the circuit.Therefore,for electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) design of PCB is very important,ensure electromagnetic compatibility of PCB is the key to the whole system design.This article in view of the existing 16-bit EPS controller external electromagnetic interference is analyzed,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,the external electromagnetic interference of the controllers can meet the high requirements of corresponding standards.
