摘要
城市历史园林作为重要历史遗产,其价值认知、评价是制定保护措施的前提。本文结合上海市历史名园保护研究,基于价值为中心的保护理论,比较、分析了国际现行文化遗产价值评价标准,提出三层次的登录标准制定框架:首先以时间划分历史园林类型;其次依据园林历史文脉,通过设定具体可操作的评价因子,确定园林遗产价值,提出科学合理的登录评价标准;最后通过价值分类对上海历史园林遗产价值进行梳理,为后续的保护措施制定提供依据。
Urban historic gardens and parks are important historical heritage.The cognition and evaluation of their value is foundation of developing conservative measures.Combined with Shanghai historic garden protection research project,and based on value-centered protection theory,this paper made a comparison and analysis of commonly-used international value evaluation criteria of cultural heritage,and put forward a three-leveled framework of setting evaluation criteria.Firstly classify historic gardens and parks to three types;Secondly,define specific and workable assessment factors to embody the heritage value and set reasonable register standards for each type;Then reframe the classification of heritage value of Shanghai historic gardens and parks,thus providing a basis for developing conservation measures.
