摘要
本研究首先在实验室现有X射线测厚平台上针对X光机不同管电压对一个钢板厚度序列进行测厚实验,并提出了利用等效μx法和刻度法分别对实验数据进行分析,对不同管电压的最佳测厚范围进行了估算,最终得到了针对钢板测厚时X射线测厚系统的管电压与测厚范围的关系。这些结论对高精度X射线测厚设备的设计具有重要的指导意义。
In the experiment,we first use the X-ray thickness measuring platform in our laboratory to measure a sequence of the thickness of the steel plates in a different tube voltage,then put forward the equivalent μx method and calibration method to analyze the experimental data respectively.For different tube voltages optimal thickness range are estimated,and we finally obtain the relationship between tube voltage and the thickness range for steel plate thickness measurement.These conclusions have important guiding significance for design of high precision X-ray thickness measuring equipment.
