摘要
在建筑类高职院校中,其主要职能就是为国家和社会提供建设人才。对建筑类高职院校来说,建筑行业中对于相关人才的需求为其提供了必要的发展动力。而实际上,对建筑类"双师型"教师队伍的构建是一个相对繁杂且漫长的过程,需要来自相关权利职能部门以及企业的引导的支持。所以,在本论文中,笔者主要以相关权利职能部门、学校以及企业为主要视角,探求构建建筑类"双师型"教师队伍的相关有效举措。
In the construction of higher vocational colleges, its main function is to provide construction personnel for the country and society. For the construction of higher vocational colleges, the construction industry for the needs of the relevant personnel to provide the necessary development momentum. In fact, the construction of the construction of "double qualification" teaching staff is a relatively complex and lengthy process, need to be derived from the relevant departments and enterprises to guide the support of the. Therefore, in this paper, the author mainly related to the rights and functions of departments, schools and enterprises as the main point of view, to explore the construction of "double qualification" teaching staff of the relevant effective measures.
