摘要
<正>温敏性药物释放体系能够响应体内温度变化从而有效地调整药物的释放速率及释放量,受到学者们的广泛关注~([1,2])。本文以聚己内酯(PCL)为基体,熔点较低的甘油三月桂酸酯(C12)为温度响应材料,双氯芬酸钠(DS)为模型药物,熔融共混制备了PCL/C 12/DS温敏性载药体系,研究了C12的加入对体系释药行为的影响,并对其释药机理进行了分析。图1的SEM-EDS结果表明C12的加入有利于DS在基体中的均匀分散,且PCL与C12共混为海岛结构。图2为不同含量C12载药体系在37℃和45℃的释药曲线,37℃时相比于
