复方倍他米松对痛风急性发作患者临床症状及肾功能的影响

摘要
目的:观察复方倍他米松对痛风急性发作患者临床症状及肾功能的影响。方法:选取我院收治的80例急性痛风患者为研究对象,以随机数表抽取法将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予苯溴马隆治疗,观察组给予苯溴马隆+复方倍他米松治疗,对两组临床疗效和肾功能状态进行观察对比。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且血肌酐、尿蛋白、血尿酸指数均明显低于对照组,P<0.05,对比差异均有统计学意义。结论:在急性痛风发作患者的临床治疗过程中,给予复方倍他米松治疗临床疗效显著,且对患者肾功能影响较小,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound betamethasone on clinical symptoms and renal function in patients with acute attack of gout. Methods: selected in our hospital 80 cases of acute gout patients as the research object, to a random number table extraction method will be the observation group(n = 40) and control group(n = 40), two groups of patients were givenconventional treatment, benzbromarone treatment was given to the control group in the conventional therapy, the observation group given benzbromarone combined with compound betamethasonetreatment, the comparison of the two groups of clinical curative effect and renal function were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group, and serum creatinine, urinary protein, serum uric acid index were significantly lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: inthe clinical treatment of patients with acute gout attack, giving compound betamethasone treatment has obvious curative effect and little on the effect of renal function in patients, high safety, it is worthclinical promotion.
