摘要
科慕公司开发的新型发泡剂Opteon 1100(HFO-1336mzz、六氟丁烯)具有零ODP、低GWP,属于第四代发泡剂,具有环保性、优异的性能表现和低的转换成本的最佳性能组合。主要介绍了近期在实验中取得的一系列的研究成果和客户的评价结果,包括物理和化学稳定性,用于聚氨酯硬泡的保温性能和泡沫的其它性能。
The new blowing agent Opteon 1100(HFO-1336 mzzZ,hexafluorobutene) developed by Chemours has unique characteristics such as zero ODP,low GWP,non-VOC,non-flammability,and suitable boiling point.It is the fourth generation blowing agent provides a balanced option for environmental sustainability,excellent performance and low-cost conversion.The results from recent laboratory studies and customer evaluations,including physical and chemical stability,insulation performance and other properties of rigid polyurethane foam are introduced in this paper.
