蛋白质类复合发泡剂的制备与性能研究

摘要
泡沫混凝土作为一种轻质多孔的材料,因其具有很好的流动性、低水泥用量、低密度和优良的隔热性能而应用于建筑领域~([1])。目前,对于混凝土用发泡剂的研究主要集中于复合型发泡剂。蛋白质类表面活性剂与其他的表面活性剂有很好的协同作用~([2]),可以使复合发泡剂的稳定性有很大的提高,同时有效改善其与混凝土浆体的相容性。本研究以一种蛋白质类表面活性剂(SCA)与烷基糖苷(APG)以及一定量的稳泡剂复配制备发泡剂。通过对泡沫的发泡量、半衰期、电导率以及泡沫显微结构的测定分析,以确定表面活性剂的较佳比例以及稳泡剂的掺加量。进一步利用发泡剂制备泡沫混凝土,通过测定泡沫混凝土的性能确定复合发泡剂各组分的含量,优选出性能优异的发泡剂
Foamed concrete is defined as a light cellular material,high flowability,low cement content,low density and excellent insulating performance,which can be applied in the architecture.Currently,the study on foaming agent of cellular concrete is focused on the compound foaming agent.Protein surfactant has good synergistic effect with the other kinds of surfactant,facilitating the stability of the composite foaming agent and improving their compatibility with the concrete slurry~([2]).In this research,a new foaming agent for using lightweight concrete was prepared with a protein surfactant(SCA),alkyl polyglycoside(APG) and foam stabilizer.By testing the volume,stability and microstructure of foam,the mass ratio of surfactant and the dosage of foam stabilizer were obtained.Furthermore,optimizing the performance of composite foaming agent,the ratio of every component on foaming agent was determined by measuring the performance of the foamed concrete.
