油气管道纵向穿越滑坡受力特征分析

分别在滑坡土体产生大位移塑性变形和弹性变形两种情况下对管道纵向穿越滑坡的位移和内力进行了理论公式推导,并结合工程实例加以计算,同时采用数值模拟方法进行分析验证,得出了在滑坡土体发生弹性变形条件下,管道位移、轴向应力和轴向应变均关于管道跨中处对称,管道跨中处位移最大,上部为拉应力,下部为压应力,两端处应力和应变均为最大值,而在考虑内压作用时管道Mises应力最大值出现在管道下端,得出管道下端最容易发生应力破坏。
According to the landslide soil produces large plastic deformation or elastic deformation, derive the theory calculation formulas of the pipeline's displacement and internal force respectively when oil-gas pipeline traverses landslide longitudinally, and then apply to engineering example, meanwhile carry out the numerical simulation method to verify the results reciprocally, come to the conclusion that, with the landslide soil producing elastic deformation, pipeline's displacement, axial stress and strain are symmetrical about the mid-span of the pipeline, the maximum displacement occurs at the mid-span, the tensile stress occurs at the upper part and the compressive stress occurs at the lower part, the maximum stress and strain both occurs at the ends of pipeline. The maximum Mises stress occurs at the bottom while the pipeline bear the internal pressure, so that the bottom of the pipeline is the most easily subjected to damaged.
