渤海湾潮间带柱状沉积物中微生物群落结构

摘要
采用变性凝胶梯度电泳(PCR-DGGE)技术初步调查了渤海湾子牙河和南排河入海口潮间带0-100cm柱状沉积物中微生物群落优势种分布特征。结果表明子牙河入海口柱状沉积物微生物群落多样性在2.85~3.35之间,南排河入海口柱状沉积物微生物群落多样性在2.97~3.22之间;两个潮间带沉积物中微生物群落随深度的加深,其优势种组成及其丰度、多样性产生一定的波动,但没有明显的规律性。
