生命叙事与心理传记学的学科发展机遇

生活是叙事的,可以故事言说的。故事叙说于当事者形成意义,表达心理动力和个性风貌,于阅读者则形成共鸣和生命脚本素材,治愈和建构;对于建设和谐社会具有实践价值。生命叙事和心理传记学作为兼具发展理论和行动推进性的学科,在当前面临空前的机遇和深切的挑战。社会变迁、文化交流和群际互动构成了宏大的叙事、一个个具体的故事,其中鲜活的生活话语是发挥本学科创造性的主战场,是最有可能超越传统话语和西方心理学而产生解释"我们的"生活理论的心理学取向,这是来自于内在的挑战和机遇。来自于外部的主要挑战是学科发展起步晚、尚未在既有学科分类框架中取得独立的地位。回应此机遇和挑战,需要在多个层面大力推进此学科的发展。这其中包括推进教材和出版工作,涵盖经典研究、主要的方法以及核心的主题;开设相关的课程,培养能够讲故事也能够欣赏故事的学生,尤其是心理咨询、社会与文化心理等方向;将叙事从一种研究方法发展成为一种工作方法;面向文化积淀和鲜活的生活发展扎根式理论和方法;加强与其他实证方向研究的沟通与交流,在重大研究议题上形成合作,规避可能的学科割裂;加强与生活实践的互动,以独特的视角服务于社会热点个人和群体;推进组织建设,给本领域学者提供交流平台。
Life is narrative, it can be storied. Life story is the meaning of narrator, it express motivation and personality style of the subject. The story is not only text for the reader, but life script material, curing and constructing. The research of Life Narrative and Psychobiography has special value for building harmonious society. However, as a subject to develop theory and promote action, the Life Narrative and Psychobiography is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in China. Social change, cultural and interpersonal communication constitute the grand narrative and specific story, to discourse this life is the main point for the disciplines. This field is the most possible area that beyond the traditional discourse and western psychology to explain "our" life, which is the inherent challenges and opportunities. The main challenge comes from outside is that this discipline has no independence position in the existing system. Response to this opportunity and challenge, it is need to promote this subject in many aspects, which includes promoting teaching materials publication, including the classical studies, the main methods and the findings of core themes; making the students who can tell psychological life stories, especially the students who major in counseling, social and cultural psychology; developing the narrative from a research approach into a working method; developing grounded theory which rooted in cultural heritage and life; exchanging the main concern with other discipline, making cooperation on major issues and to avoid possible conflict among subjects; participating in social issue actively and offer special contribution; and providing exchange platform for scholars in this field.
