口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损治疗中的效果观察

摘要
目的:分析牙列缺损采用不同修复方案的治疗效果。方法:选取我院收治的牙列缺损患者62例,将其随机分为两个组别,其中对照组(常规修复治疗)、试验组(种植修复治疗)各31例。观察临床疗效,比较修复效果和并发症情况。结果:试验组治疗有效30例(96.8%),并发症发生2例(6.5%);对照组治疗有效25例(80.6%),并发症发生8例(25.8%);试验组患者修复美观性、舒适性、咀嚼能力、发音能力、固位能力评分均高于对照组。P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:针对牙列缺损患者,采用种植修复方案疗效更佳,有利于改善牙体和口腔状况、减少并发症,获得满意的修复效果。
objective: to analysis of dentition defect with different treatment effect of repair plan. Selection methods: our hospital 62 cases of patients with dentition defect, which were randomlydivided into two groups, the control group(routine repair treatment), the experimental group(implant prosthesis treatment) 31 cases. Control group therapy effective 25 cases(80.6%), 8 cases(25.8%) complications; Experimental group patients repair beautiful sex, comfort, mastication, pronunciation, retention ability score were higher than the control group. Conclusion: for patients with dentition defect, use the fix planting curative effect is better, to improve the tooth body and oral condition, reduce the complications, obtain satisfactory outcome of repair.
