大学生乐观主义人格、择业乐观偏差与职业决策后悔

面对严峻的就业形势,合理有效的职业决策对大学生显得尤为重要。择业乐观偏差是指个体在职业选择过程中相信自己更可能经历积极事件而他人更易遭遇消极事件的偏向。职业决策后悔是指个体在做出职业决策后,意识到如果做出其他选择可能会带来更好结果时产生的一种后悔体验。研究采用自编的大学生择业乐观偏差问卷及吴雨晨(2007)编制的大学生乐观主义人格问卷,选取天津三所高校266名大学生为被试,探讨了大学生乐观主义人格对择业乐观偏差的影响。随后,在平衡各种无关变量影响的基础上,选取63名被试组成乐观偏差高分组、低分组和中间组(每组各21人),进行职业决策后悔实验。实验之前选择两所高校200名学生进行职业属性倾向的半结构化问卷调查,选取前三种职业属性结合录取概率形成6个二择一的职业决策情境,采用VB编程软件编制程序,探讨择业乐观偏差对职业决策后悔的影响。研究发现:(1)乐观主义人格对大学生择业乐观偏差有显著影响,乐观主义人格得分越高,择业乐观偏差水平也越高;(2)择业乐观偏差对大学生职业决策后悔有显著影响,择业乐观偏差得分越高,职业决策后悔程度也越高。
Faced with the grim employment situation, rational and effective career decision-making is very important for undergraduates. Career optimistic bias refers to the tendency of the individual who believe they are more likely to experience positive events while others more likely to experience negative events in the process of career decision-making. Career decision regret refers to the experience of regret after making career decision, who realized that if made other choices might bring better results. The research applied Career Optimistic Bias Questionare and Undergraduates' Optimism Personality Questionnaire, selected 266 undergraduates from 2 Tianjin universities as subjects, explored the impact of optimism personality on career optimistic bias. Subsequently, chose 63 subjects from 266 to take part in the career decision regret experiment by controlling a variety of unrelated variables that affect the balance. These 63 subjects were consisted of three groups on the basis of their career optimistic bias scores(21 subjects in high, low and intermediate group). The experiment was designed with 6 career decision-making situations which programmed by using VB programming software to explore the impact of careers optimism bias on the regret of career decision-making. The study found:(1) There is a significant effect of undergraduates' optimism personality on the career optimistic bias, the higher score of career optimistic bias is with the higher level of optimistic personality.(2) There is a significant effect of undergraduates' career optimistic bias on the career decisions regret, the higher score of career decisions regret is with the higher level of career optimistic bias.
