摘要
在疾控系统设备采购中,由于非价格因素的影响,导致疾控系统设备采购风险重重,现从风险采购控制角度出发,提出了项目管理、采购过程把关、设备可追溯性、供应商管理等相关建议,并探讨疾控系统设备采购人员管理,主要包括其职业压力分析和应对对策研究。
In the disease control equipment procurement in, due to the impact of non price factors, causing in disease control equipment procurement risk, starting from the procurement riskcontrol angle, put forward the project management, procurement process checks, equipment tracking, supplier management and so on, of disease control equipment and personnel management, includingoccupational stress and coping strategies.
