基于形态学方法的鳢属鱼类系统发育关系研究

摘要
为了对鳢属鱼类的种间差异、物种鉴定特征等进行较全面的了解,本试验运用传统形态度量法与框架法对乌鳢、白甲乌鳢、斑鳢、杂交鳢和月鳢,共89个个体的11个可数和29个可量性状进行了测量和形态学方法分析。主成分分析显示,所有5个主成分的累积贡献率达到78.928%,其中第一主成分中贡献率较大的形态指标有尾柄和头长,贡献率为35.435%;主成分分析的散点图显示,白甲乌鳢和普通乌鳢重叠最大,而与另外3种鳢属鱼类各自形成相对集中的组;聚类分析显示,各种间可完全区分,其中白甲乌鳢和普通乌鳢聚为一支;判别分析显示白甲乌鳢和普通乌鳢种群分别有41.7%和58.3%判入对方种群,通过X射线拍摄也发现,白甲乌鳢和普通乌鳢形态结果较为相似,而与月鳢差异较大。由此可知,从白甲乌鳢和普通乌鳢形态较为相近,无明显形态学区别。
In order to study interspecific differences and species identification features of channa species, this experiment using the traditional morphometric method and frame method to study 5kinds of channa species, and then 11 countable characters and 29 measurable characters of 89 individuals were measured and morphological analysis. In present study, the principal component analysis showed that all the cumulative contribution rate of 5 principal components reached78.928%, and tail shank and head length had main contribution rate to the first principal component, and the contribution rate was 35.435%; However, the scatter diagram of the principal component analysis showed that the Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra and Channa argus had common overlap, and the rest of 3 kinds channa specieses each together into a group; Cluster analysis showed that all kind of channa specieses can be separated completely, and the Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra and Channa argus clustered into one common Cluster; Also the discriminant analysis showed that the Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra and Channa argus respectively 41.7% and 58.3% population to other populations. Through X ray photography, we found the Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra and Channa argus in a similar form, but far from Channa asiatica. Therefore, the Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra and Channa argus have close relationship, no significant difference in morphology.
