中草药对仿刺参细菌性疾病的防治研究

摘要
本文研究了有明显抑菌效果的5种中草药单方、6组复方对仿刺参的急性毒性作用及对仿刺参细菌性疾病的防治效果。结果表明,5种单方中草药对仿刺参的毒性大小依次为:五倍子、乌梅、石榴皮、黄芩和甘草,且对仿刺参幼参的48小时半致死浓度分别为0.340,2.027,2.149,2.234和4.900g/L。6组复方药物中复方1(五倍子和甘草)毒性最大,复方4(五倍子和乌梅)的毒性最低。室内人工感染防治试验结果显示,单方乌梅和复方4对黄海希瓦氏菌有良好的防治效果。对自然发病仿刺参治疗试验表明单方乌梅、五倍子和复方4都有明显疗效。本研究表明在安全浓度范围内,单方中草药五倍子、乌梅和复方4可用作刺参细菌性疾病防治药物。
5 kinds of unilateral and 6 groups of compound Chinese herbal medicinewith obvious bacteriostatic effect were tested for evaluating the acute toxicity to sea cucumber(Apostichopus japonicas)and bacterial disease control.The results indicated that toxicity of 5 kinds of unilateral were descendantly arranged as Galla Chinensis, Fructus Mume,Pericarpium Granati,Radix Scutellariaeand Glycyrrhizauralensis Fisch,which 48 hours medial lethal concentration on juveniles sea cucumber were 0.340, 2.027, 2.149, 2.234 and 4.900g/Lrespectively. The highest toxicity in6 kinds of compound was found in compound 1( Galla Chinensis and Glycyrrhizauralensis Fisch), whilethe lowesttoxicity was compound4( Galla Chinensis and Fructus Mume).Indoors artificial infection challenge demonstrated that Fructus Mume and compound 4had effectiveprevention on Shewanellamarisflaviinfection, and Fructus Mume and compound 4were found effective on naturalsea cucumber bacteriadisease treatment test. The results suggested that Galla Chinensis,Fructus Mumeand compound 4 can be used for sea cucumbersdisease control and prevention.
