南海中部上升流特征及鸢乌贼的分布

摘要
为了解南海中部上升流的环境特征及鸢乌贼的空间分布,本研究以现场实测和遥感数据为基础,分析上升流区海洋环境要素的水平和分布特征,并研究了鸢乌贼在上升流区的集聚特征。遥感数据分析结果表明在西南季风期间,南海中部存在上升流,并观测到与上升流位置吻合的长达600km的离岸羽状叶绿素a高值区;上升流区次表层叶绿素a呈现叶绿素a强度和厚度增加,次表层最大值深度变浅的特征;本研究发现了鸢乌贼在上升流区的集聚现象,上升流区获得的鸢乌贼单位捕捞努力量(CPUE)和尾数是非上升流区的3.08倍和4.42倍;鸢乌贼CPUE空间分布与50~52 m水深层的叶绿素a分布成正相关,与65~66m水深层的叶绿素a分成负相关,与SCM深度呈负相关。该研究为外海的鸢乌贼资源分布提供了宝贵参考数据。
This study assessed characteristics of oceanographic conditions and the purpleback flying squid(Symlectoteuthis oualaniensis) over the western of South China Sea(SCS) during the2014 summer upwelling based on satellite remote sensing data and in situ observation data.Satellite data clearly indicated that upwelling in the middle west of SCS and related enhanced sea surface chlorophyll a(Chl-a) plume extending out to above 600 km offshore in the southwest monsoon season. Upwelling related subsurface Chl-a presented enhance in Chl-a both in intensity and thickness, and decrease in subsurface Chl-a maximum(SCM) depth. The paper presented the existence of fish accumulation off the west coast of SCS in accordance with the upwelling domain during the cruise periods. The average CPUE and abundance of the four accumulation sites were359.17 kg net-1 and 11605 individuals, which were 3.08 times and 4.42 times over the average CPUE and abundance of the other region separately. According to the correlation analysis, there was a significant negative correlation between the CPUE and Chl-a at water depth 65 m to 66 m, a close positive correlation between CPUE and Chl-a at water depth 50 m to 52 m, and a strongly negative correlation(r=-0.625) between CPUE and the depth of SCM.
