Micro-CL成像系统在古生物中的应用

摘要
对于古生物化石特别是板状化石的内部精细结构的研究,需要一种特殊的无损技术检测手段,本应用研究将国内首台板状层析成像技术Micro-CL(Computed Laminography)显微成像设备,用于对板状化石的内部精细器官及微组织,进行断层扫描和三维立体重建。通过大量的应用研究实验,并应用三维立体复原软件对化石及围岩的精准分割,清晰再现了化石的内部微米级的组织学特征(神经、血管及听小骨等),已经取得了突破性的科研成果,建立古生物化石三维图像数据库,这些成果对于研究脊椎动物与人类起源、演化及其在生命演化之树中的位置都具有非常重要的意义。
