选择性溶解法原位合成MnO_2/LaMnO_3复合氧化物催化剂

摘要
近年来我国挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)排放量逐年上升,年排放量超过2000万吨,居世界第一位。催化燃烧技术是控制VOCs排放最有效的方法。其中,开发高效稳定的锰氧化物催化剂已成为一个研究热点。二氧化锰/锰基钙钛矿(MnO_x/AMnO_3)复合催化剂同时具备了较高的催化活性与稳定性[1],但传统制备工艺相对复杂,MnO_x含量难以精确调控且难以保证高度分散。在最近的研究中,我们利用选择性溶解的方法[2],以适当浓度的硝酸处理LaMnO_3材料(LMO),破坏LMO表层及部分体相的La-O键,保留部分LMO钙钛矿结构,原位合成MnO_2/LMO复合结构催化剂。这种MnO_2/LaMnO_3材料对于甲苯催化燃烧的催化活性明显优于传统催化剂,且催化剂稳定性能优异。这为我们以后设计开发高效稳定VOCs催化燃烧催化剂提供了一个新思路。
MOx/ABO3 is a promising catalyst for the high-efficiency removal of volatile organic compounds.In this work,a MnO_2/LaMnO_3 composite catalyst was in situ prepared using selective dissolution method,in which partial La cations were selectively removed from LaMnO_3 material by acid treatment.The obtained MnO_2/LaMnO_3 sample expressed an excellent catalytic performance on toluene oxidation,which was better than those of some other metal oxides catalysts.In addition,the MnO_2/LaMnO_3 sample also exhibited good catalytic stability.All of these would provide new thought for the design of high-efficiency and stable catalysts for VOCs combustion.
