13种民间中草药体外抗肿瘤活性筛选研究

摘要
目的:研究采自云南的12种(刺金刚、扁担藤、白川牛胆、羊屎果、艾堇、蜡烛果、古钩藤、下果藤、老虎芋、灯笼草、两面青、盒果藤)和1种采自海南的维沙杜共计13种民间中草药的提取物在抗肿瘤方面的应用价值。方法:采用MTT法,测定各中草药提取物对人肝癌(HepG2)细胞、人子宫宫颈癌(Hela)、人胃癌(MGC-803)细胞和人肺癌(A549)细胞等四株癌细胞系的增殖抑制作用。结果:蜡烛果和两面青不同浓度乙醇提取物对四株癌细胞系均具有显著的增殖抑制作用。其中蜡烛果50%乙醇提取物对四株癌细胞系的IC_(50)值分别为:44.66±8.69μg/mlCHepG2)、19.32±5.23 ug/ml(Hela)、16.27±3.16μg/ml(MGC-803)、49.32±1.17μg/ml(A549);蜡烛果95%乙醇提取物对四株癌细胞系的IC_(50)值分别为:53.17±5.99μg/ml(HepG2)、25.89±5.87μg/m1(Hela)、20.75±2,82μg/ml(MGC-803)、45.64±1.27μg/ml(A549);两面青50%乙醇提取物对四株癌细胞系的IC_(50)值分别为:11.50±2.70μg/ml(HepG2)、7.90±1.48μg/ml(Hela)、12.48±2.74μg/ml(MGC-803)、23.46±5.86μg/ml(A549)。结论:蜡烛果和两面青具有较好的体外抗肿瘤活性,为其进一步的开发提供科学依据。
Objective To evaluate the extracts of 13 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine used in folk,12 of these plants come from Yunnan Province.China,including Smilax china,Tetrastigma planicaule,Sheepear Inula,Syzygium cunini,Sauropus bacciformis,Aegiceras corniculatum,Cryptolepis buchananii,Gouania leptostachya,Alocasia cucullata,Clinopodium polycephalum,Maesa indica,Operculina turpethum and 1 come from Hainan Province.China named Wissadula periplocifolia,for their properties on anti-tumor.METHODS The inhibition effect of tumor cells,such as HepG2,Hela,MGC-803 and A549,were tested by MTT method in vitro.RESULTS Ethanol extract of different concentration of Aegiceras comiculatum and Maesa indica had a significant inhibition effect on the four tumor cell lines.The IC_(50)values of the extract of 50%ethanol of Aegiceras corniculatum were 44.66±8.69 μg/ml(HepG2)、19.32±5.23 μg/ml(Hela)、16.27±3.16 μg/ml(MGC-803)and 49.32±1.17 μg/ml(A549),respectively.The IC_(50)values of the extract of 95%ethanol of Aegiceras comiculatum were 53.17±5.99 μg/ml(HepG2)、25.89±5.87 μg/ml(Hela)、20.75±2,82 μg/ml(MGC-803)and 45.64±1.27μg/ml(A549),respectively.The IC_(50)values of the extract of 50%ethanol of Maesa indica were 11.50±2.70 μg/ml(HepG2)、7.90±1.48 μg/ml(Hela)、12.48±2.74 μg/ml(MGC-803)and 23.46±5.86 μg/ml(A549),respectively.CONCLUSION Aegiceras corniculatum and Maesa indica had a positive activity on anti-tumor in vitro,and it provide scientific basis for its further development.
