摘要
中国高度重视联合国粮农组织(FAO)"粮食安全特别计划"框架下南南合作项目的实施。自2003年以来,中国政府先后向尼日利亚派遣了20余名水土保持专家和技术员,为尼日利亚粮食安全项目点、私营农场及当地政府提供有关保持水土、防治水土流失实用技术的培训、示范和推广服务。论述尼日利亚水土流失类型及其防治现状,介绍中尼南南合作水土保持工程建设的做法和取得的成效,并对今后两国水土保持合作发展提出了建议。
China pays great importance to the implementation of the South-South cooperation within the framework of the Special Programme for Food Security under the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization.Since 2003,Chinese government has sent to Nigeria more than 20 soil and water conservation experts and technicians,providing training,demonstration and extension service to Nigerian private farms and local governments on related practical technologies on water and soil conservation.This article discusses soil erosion types and its prevention and control status in Nigeria,introduces water and soil conservation project construction and achievements under the China-Nigeria South-South Cooperation Programme,and makes proposals for further water and soil conservation cooperation and development between the two countries.
