本文介绍了车身前后盖产品结构及工艺特点,针对前后盖的压合结构形式、压合设备特点、前后盖总成的质量检验控制标准等进行详细说明,对压合质量的主要影响因素进行分析介绍,为车身表面件生产的压合方式选择、表面件总成质量控制等提供指导和借鉴。
This paper introduces the product structure and technological characteristics of the front and back cover of the car.According to the structure of the front and back cover,detailed description ofthe characteristics of the pressing equipment and the quality control standard of the front and back cover,The main influencing factors of the compression quality are analyzed and introduced,provide guidance and reference to quality control and the choice of pressing method for the production of body parts.
