合肥经济圈三次产业发展与经济增长的关联性分析

摘要
当前,安徽省正处于产业结构调整升级的关键时期,如同全省情况一样,合肥经济圈的产业结构也存在不合理的地方。为了解合肥经济圈产业发展与经济增长的关系,寻找新的经济增长点,促进合肥经济圈健康快速发展,文章采用多元线性回归分析的方法,对合肥经济圈三次产业产值与地区生产总值之间的关联性进行了实证分析。结果表明:合肥经济圈地区生产总值与三大产业之间存在着显著的正相关关系,但其经济发展过度依赖第二产业,服务业(第三产业)比重远低于全国平均水平。基于此,本文从积极发展先进制造业,加快发展现代服务业,促进创新创业和产业结构优化升级,发挥合肥省会城市的辐射引领作用等视角,提出了若干对策建议。
At present, Anhui Province is in a critical period of industrial restructuring and upgrading, and the industrial structure in economic circle of Hefei is not reasonable just as same as that in all the other cities in the province. In order to understand the relationship between industrial development and economic growth, find new economic growth pole and promote the economics healthy and rapid development of Hefei economic circle, we use the method of multiple linear regression analysis to do the empirical analysis on the correlation between Hefei economic circle regional GDP and three industrial output. Studies have shown that there is a significant positive correlation relationship between Hefei economic circle regional GDP and three industrial output; while the development of economic is overly dependent on the second industry, and the percent of service sector(tertiary industry) is far lower than the average level. Based on above, we made several suggestions from some perspective, such as,the positive development of advanced manufacturing, the expedite development of modern service industry, the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship and the industrial structure upgrading, and making the capital city, Hefei, as a leading role,etc.
