摘要
为解决目前核电项目社会稳定风险评估中存在的问题,本文提出采用模糊层次分析法计算指标权重和采用模糊综合评价法评价不同指标的风险程度,然后通过综合两种方法的各自优点建立综合模糊层次分析法,并应用于核电项目的社会稳定风险评估。最后,通过实际案例验证了该方法具有良好的实用性。
In order to solve the problems in the current social stability risk evaluation of nuclear power projects,this paper proposes the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) to calculate the index weights and the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk degrees of different indexes.Then it establishes the FAHP comprehensive method by combining the respective merits of the two methods,and applies it in social stability risk assessment of nuclear power projects.Finally,a practical case is given to prove that the method has good practicability.
