四种不同颜色树兰色素成分分析

摘要
以4种不同颜色的树兰为材料,通过特征显色反应和紫外-可见光谱扫描对其花瓣中的色素成分进行了初步分析和鉴定。结果表明,杂交树兰色素的组成包括类黄酮和类胡萝卜素两大类,其中橘树兰花瓣不含花色素苷,主要含有黄酮和查尔酮,而其他3种树兰品种花瓣均含有花色素苷和黄酮类化合物。该项研究为树兰花色素成分的进一步分离和鉴定等工作奠定了基础,同时也为树兰花色的分子育种提供帮助。
Petal pigment composition of Epidendrum hybrid was primarily investigated and identified by use of specific color reactions and UV-visible spectra.The results indicated that flower pigments of Epidendrum hybrid(red,orange-red,orange and rose-red) consist of flavonoids and carotenoids..The pigments of orange flower consist of flavones and chalcones,no anthocyanins.The pigments of the other three flowers were formed by carotenoids,anthocyanins and other flavonoids.This paper provides a reference for the identification of molecular structure of flower pigments and the breeding of flower color of Epidendrum.
