摘要
目的:探讨对急诊上消化道出血患者实施舒适护理对患者治疗舒适度的影响效果。方法:取2015年12月到2016年12月间本院收治的300例患者急诊上消化道出血进行研究,采取随机数表法将患者分为常规组(n=150)和舒适组(n=150),对所有常规组患者实施常规基础护理,对所有舒适组患者在常规组基础上实施舒适护理。统计对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:舒适组患者止血时间及住院时间与常规组相比明显较少,舒适组患者治疗舒适度、满意度与常规组相比明显较高,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊上消化道出血患者实施舒适护理可提升患者治疗舒适度。
Objective:to explore the effect of comfortable nursing care on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in emergency treatmentXiangxiaoguo Methods:300 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were studied,the patients were divided into common group(n= 150) and moderate-severe(n= 150).routine basal nursing was performed for all patients.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:the hemostatic time and hospitalization time of moderate-severe patients were less than the common group,and the treatment comfort,satisfaction and common group were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the comfortable nursing can improve the comfort of patients in emergency upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
