摘要
<正>钙钛矿太阳能电池的能量转化效率提高的关键在于薄膜形貌的优化~([1-3]),基于溶剂工程,我们开发了三元溶剂的单步旋涂方法,通过引入N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)加入到钙钛矿前驱液中,调配NMP与DMSO之间的比例,优化了混合钙钛矿(FA_xMA_yCs_(1-x-y)PbBr_zI_(3-z))薄膜。由于NMP沸点较高并且碘化铅(PbI_2)和NMP之间的路易斯酸碱相互作用能够减慢钙钛矿的结晶速率,可以形成更加致密,晶粒更大,载流子寿命更长的钙钛矿薄膜。基于这种方法,最高光电转化效率达到19.61%。
