高效液相色谱-光二极管阵列检测器结合交替三线性分解二阶校正方法快速测定化妆品中四种呋喃香豆素

摘要
呋喃香豆素因具有芳香气味常被添加在化妆品中,但其有光敏毒性,我国化妆品卫生规范、欧盟化妆品法规和东盟化妆品指令均规定呋喃香豆素为化妆品组分中的禁用物质。因此,建立化妆品中呋喃香豆素类成分的检测方法,对于化妆品的监督管理及维护消费者的健康权益都具有重要意义。本文利用高效液相色谱-光二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)结合交替三线性分解二阶校正方法,对不同类型化妆品中四种呋喃香豆素进行了分析测定。该方法通过在数学建模的过程中使用多余组分数成功地克服了基线漂移影响,允许几个洗脱峰在4分钟内同时流出并严重重叠,缩短了分析时间。即使在重叠峰和未知干扰的共存下,仍能实现化妆品中四种呋喃香豆素的准确定量,并具有良好的线性相关性(R~2>0.99),较快的分析速度和令人满意的回收率。因此,HPLC-DAD结合交替三线性分解二阶校正方法可作为快速检测化妆品中多种呋喃香豆素的新方法,可用于对化妆品的质量监控。
A novel strategy that combines the second-order calibration method based on alternating trilinear decomposition algorithm with high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector(HPLC-DAD)was developed to mathematically separate the overlapped peaks and to rapidly quantify four furocoumarins in cosmetic products.Baselines drift was also overcome by means of regarding the drift as additional factor(s) in the mathematical model.This new strategy proved to be a useful tool for handling the co-eluted peaks,uncalibrated interferences existing in the process of chromatographic separation,which benefited from the "second-order advantage",making the determination of furocoumarins within 4 min under a simple mobile phase condition.This method shows good linearity(R~2>0.99),rapidity and accuracy,which may be extremely promising as an excellent routine strategy for identification and quantification of furocoumarins in the complex matrices.
