钢铝混合材料城市客车车身轻量化研究

摘要
针对钢材料城市客车车身质量较大,铝合金车身制造成本高昂的问题,本文结合钢材料城市客车车身和全铝车身的结构特点,将车身中段使用铝合金材料代替,设计了钢铝混合材料车身结构。基于有限元法,使用HypeWorks软件对该城市客车骨架的模态特性和扭转工况下的静态强度进行了计算分析。分析结果表明:与钢材料车身城市客车骨架相比,钢铝混合材料车身城市客车骨架低阶固有频率无明显变化,避开了常见的激励频率;在保证静态强度条件下,车身质量降低了146.8kg,质量减轻比率为13.13%。
In order to solving the problem that the mass of steel city coach body is too big and the cost of aluminum city coach body is too high,this paper designed steel- aluminum city coach body base on steel and aluminum city coach body structure.And had mode analysis and static strength analysis under twist operating condition with HyperWorks based on finite element method.The result shows that low order intrinsic frequency of steel-aluminum city coach skeleton has little change,and avoid common excitation frequency;the mass of steel-aluminum city coach decreased 146.8kg(13.13%) under the static strength is guaranteed.
