核电新技术国际市场开发业务流程研究——韩国APR系列压水堆研发和开发路径解析

韩国的核电发展历程与中国类似,都经历了从最初的引进核电机型到消化,最终自主研发的过程。2009年,阿联酋在国际核电市场进行四台民用核电站,总价百亿美元的项目招标。一直处于领先地位的AREVA联合团队,意外失利于韩国KEPCO联合团队。阿联酋项目的成功让韩国核电第一次站上核电出口国的世界舞台上,让韩国的APR1400这一自主研发的堆型,第一次进入世界的关注。这是一次偶然,还是必然?APR1400这个横空出世的韩国自主研发的堆型是怎样完成从研发到最终走上国际市场舞台的?本文以APR1400为主,通过分析韩国APR1400技术从研发设计到技术论证到最终国际市场的开拓和落地,勾勒出韩国在核电新技术产生到推广的一般流程及关键环节。
The history of South Korea nuclear power development is similar to China,we both have experienced the process from imported the nuclear technology to digesting and absorbing and finally do independent research and development on our own.In 2009,the united Arab emirates(UAE)released their four civilian nuclear power plant project,which worth billions of dollars.In the end,the AREVA joint team which has been in a leading position of the tender,lost to South Korea joint team in accident.Through the success of UAE project,south Korean has first made their own voice on the world nuclear export stage,which also let this independent research and development product APR1400,for the first time into the world's attention.This is a chance,or inevitable? How do APR1400 this independent research and development product finish the whole path from independently developed to the international market stage? By studying and analysis the South Korean nuclear technology mainly based on APR1400 from r&d to design certification,then finally get the international project,outline the general process of South Korea new nuclear technology and the key steps.
