乘用车发动机STT起停功能策略设计

摘要
车辆开启起停功能时,怠速情况下的停机和再次起动皆由发动机控制器来控制,此时如何保证驾驶者安全,发动机各系统正常运行和整车系统正常运行成为关键。本系统基于功能安全的要求,对影响STT起停功能的各个条件进行分析和设计,样车测试结果表明该发动机STT起停系统在有效减少怠速燃油消耗和排放的同时,更能保证驾驶安全性和整车各系统性能。
If start stop function active,when engine will be shut off and restart are also controled by EMS.In this situation,how to make sure the safety of driver,the engine system performance and the vehicle system performance become real important.This STT system based on functional safety,analyze and design every conditions which can effect STT start stop function.The result show that this engine start stop system can not only reduce fuel consumption and emissions effectively,but also guarantee driver safety and vehicle system performance.
