英国空间规划体系运行机制及其对中国的启示

摘要
空间规划体系的探索与构建对提升我国治理水平具有重要意义。本文探讨了空间规划的概念与特点,简要概述了近20年英国空间规划的发展新趋势与特征,并对英国空间规划现行的编制内容和方法、规划实施的组织机构和体制机构进行了深入的思考。在欧盟、中央、区域和地方政府四个层面上总结了英国空间规划的现行制度,并从中得出对我国城市规划发展的启示。
