新型UV固化防眩涂层的制备及应用研究

以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)溶胀包裹纳米炭黑制备的复合粒子作为吸光性散射微粒,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂为UV固化主体树脂,光学级聚酯(PET)薄膜为基材,采用湿法精密涂布方式制备了一种新型UV固化防眩涂层。分别研究了纳米炭黑溶胀包裹比例、吸光性散射微粒含量以及涂层厚度对UV固化涂层光学性能的影响,并探索了纳米炭黑溶胀包裹比例与涂层吸光度之间的关系。研究结果表明,制各的新型UV固化防眩涂层兼具优异的防眩光和一定的吸光性能,能有效缓解液晶显示屏幕发白和晃眼等问题。
A novel kind of UV curable anti-glare coatings was prepared by wet coating method using encapsulating nano-carbon with swelling PMMA particles as light absorption and scattering particles,urethane acrylate resin as UV curable pre-polymer resin,and optical grade polyester(PET)film as substrate.The effect of the ratio of nano-carbon encapsulated,the content of light absorption and scattering particles,and coatings thickness on optical properties of coatings were studied,respectively.The relationship between absorbance of coatings with the ratio of nano-carbon encapsulated was also explored.The results showed that coatings had both excellent properties of anti-glare and a certain degree of light absorption,which could effectively alleviate the problem of whitish and glare in liquid crystal display.
