汽车驱动半轴动力吸振器减振性能研究

摘要
本文基于二自由度系统振动的基础理论和动力吸振器的基本原理,研究了动力吸振器的减振性能,仿真了不同质量、频率、位置和个数的动力吸振器附加在驱动半轴上的减振效果。动力吸振器样件验证了有限元分析结果。应用动力吸振器减小了由驱动半轴弯曲振动引起的轰鸣声。
Based on the basic theory of two-degree-of-freedom(2-DOF) system and the principle of dynamic vibration absorber(DVA),this paper studies the damping performance of DVA,and simulates the damping effects of different masses,frequencies,locations and numbers of DVA which is fixed at half shaft.The FEM simulation results are validated by applying prototypical DVA at half shaft.The booming noise caused by half shaft bending vibration is reduced with DVA.
