<正>引言/目的呕吐毒素,主要由禾谷镰刀菌和黄色镰刀菌产生。该毒素在粮谷类原料中污染较为普遍,可严重影响谷物的产量和质量,进入食物链后可对消化道黏膜产生强烈的刺激反射而作用于呕吐中枢,影响生产性能、免疫细胞增殖、凋亡和免疫细胞因子的生成,也具有细胞毒性。畜禽对DON比较敏感,尤其是猪。本文的目的是筛选具有降解DON的芽孢杆菌,为利用该菌株去除禾谷原料中或发酵产品中的DON毒素奠定基础,从而保证人畜的食品和饲料安全。
