摘要
采用聚乙烯—甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(EGMA)作为增容剂,通过反应增容技术制备了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)的合金。通过试验确定了PBT合金汽车保险杠新材料的最佳配方,提高合金的综合性能。该合金有独特的应力-应变曲线,即没有明显的屈服应力峰,并具有较高的断裂伸长率和冲击强度,是综合性能优良的抗冲击新产品。
The PBT alloy was prepared using EGMA as compatibilizer and toughener in a reactive extrusion process.The optimum processing parameter and formulation for the PBT alloy of Car Bumper new materials were determine,blends of the alloy could be improved.The alloy has a unique stress- strain curve,that is,no obvious yield stress peak,and has a high elongation at break and impact strength,is an excellent overall performance impact of new products.
