Pt/C催化剂用于硝基苯加氢制备对氨基苯酚的研究

摘要
采用以硝基苯为原料,研究开发以Pt/C为催化剂进行合成路线的选择,介绍了其加氢还原的实验过程及结果讨论,提出对对氨基苯酚生产的一些看法和建议;同时考察了制备条件:浸渍温度、浸渍时间、浸渍液浓度等对Pt/C催化性能的影响。本研究采用常压加氢的工艺路线,考察了反应时间、酸度、助剂、搅拌速度及催化剂用量等工艺参数对反应的转化率和选择性的影响,探讨了在加氢工艺路线中的若干影响因素,如温度、氢分压、PH值及加氢深度等,评述了添加助剂提高对氨基苯酚收率的方法,并对其优缺点进行了讨论。
The performance and application of p-aminophenol were introduced in this article,using nitrobenzene and Pt/C catalyst as raw materials,and the hydrogenation pilot test and the results were also described,Moreover,some comments were put forward on the production of p-aminophenol.Researches in the processes for preparation of p-aminophenol through catalytic hydrogenation of nitrobenzene were reviewed.Influence of some key parameters,such as temperature、partial pressure of hydrogen 、 PH value and hydrogenate on degree were discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of adding promote or to improve the yield of aminophenol were also discussed.
