Cu_2ZnSnS_4结构调控与光催化产氢性能研究

摘要
高性能的光催化剂是获得高效、稳定催化产氢能力的关键。作为一种新出现的可见光催化剂,Cu_2ZnSnS_4(CZTS)在催化产氢领域受到了极大的关注。我们在研究CZTS催化产氢过程中,首次发现CZTS产氢活性具有相依赖性,即锌黄锡矿结构CZTS比纤锌矿结构CZTS具有更高的产氢活性[1]。在此工作基础上,我们通过高温重结晶实现了锌黄锡矿CZTS催化产氢活性的调控[2]。针对CZTS表面缺陷导致光生载流子复合严重的问题,通过与其它硫属化合物构建异质结构,有望获得高催化产氢活性和稳定性的CZTS基催化剂。
High performance photocatalyst is the key for photocatalytic hydrogen production with high efficiency and stability. As a kind of new emerging photocatalyst, Cu_2ZnSnS_4(CZTS) has received considerable attention in the field of photocatalytic H_2 production. We found CZTS exhibited apparently phase-dependent photocatalytic H_2 evolution under visible light, namely Kesterite CZTS exhibits superior H_2 evolution performance than that of wurtzite CZTS. Furthermore, the photocatalytic H_2 evolution performance also could be controlled by high temperature recrystallization of CZTS. In view of carriers recombination caused by surface defects, CZTS based photocatalyst with high H_2 yield and stability could be obtained via construction of heterostructures with other chalcogenides.
