“互联网+”背景下烟草商业企业卷烟“网订店取”终端配送服务模式的构建

摘要
通过剖析当前卷烟终端配送服务模式及存在的问题,充分借鉴目前我国电商物流各种终端配送服务模式的优缺点,以"互联网+"的思想为核心,统筹考虑卷烟终端配送特点,积极探索形成一套科学、可行、经济、有效的卷烟"网订店取"终端配送服务模式,破解"最后一公里"难题,并以此作为O2O模式转型的切入点,实现线上线下融合,有效提高物流效率、降低物流成本。
By analyzing the distribution of the current cigarette Terminal Services mode and problems, our country fully draw on a variety of end electricity supplier logistics and distribution services model advantages and disadvantages of the "Internet +" thinking as the core, and consider cigarette distribution terminal characteristics, and actively explore the formation of a scientific and feasible, economical and effective net book store take cigarette distribution terminal service model, crack "last kilometer" problem, and as a starting point O2 O model transformation, line Merger of the line,improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
